OUR PROCESS

Stage One: Initial Consultation

This involves an on-site meeting to discuss your ideas, style, needs and expectations for your dream home. A free no-obligation consultation helps to establish the feasibility of the project and how I can help you achieve your goals within your budget.

Stage Two: Initial Concept Consultation

At this stage I will present preliminary plans and design concepts for your approval. Open, honest discussion is required to minimise costly changes at a later stage of the process. Once you are satisfied with the initial design concept, design development will be progressed.

Stage Three: Final Concept Presentation

After significant discussion of ideas and design concepts, working drawings will be presented for final approval and sign-off. These include computer generated floor plans and 3D perceptive drawings. With open honest consultation throughout the design process these drawings should represent your ideal design.  

Stage Four: Implementation of Design

This stage will vary significantly depending on the extent and style of the design. It will range from hiring a single trade to turn-key finish. This includes full tender considerations and/or on-site co-ordination of contractors, trades and services throughout a complete renovation project. The implementation stage will be accommodated as per your wishes and requirements.
