The complete renovation this of 2,500 square foot house, involved rewiring, plumbing, insulation and decoration throughout.

A new country styles kitchen, utility room and WC with dog bath were all designed and installed downstairs. New walnut flooring was laid throughout the entire ground floor. Large picture windows with incredible views over Dublin bay provide an amazing backdrop for the large formal sitting room and the kitchen.

A second large sitting room has been made into a playroom and will evolve with the children as they grow. Along with the five large bedrooms and attic space.
